Event Confirmation
A non-refundable 50% deposit based on the current total (including all charges listed) and the signed agreement must be submitted to Distilled Events Coordinator by the required due date specified at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival with cash or credit on the day of the reservation. Attendance Guarantees
Please provide your final attendance no later than 3 days prior to your event. Reductions in guest counts will not be accepted less than 3 days prior to your event; however, you can increase your attendance at any time. Catering menus and drink options must be selected no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Food & BeverageExpectation
Distilled reserves our event spaces with a room fee and required food and beverage minimum guarantee. All applicable taxes, 20% service charge and your choice of gratuity are in addition to the food and beverage minimum. Food and Beverage minimums may vary based on the required space.

Catering Policy
All food served at Distilled must be prepared by our culinary staff. In accordance with food and safety guidelines, any temperature controlled items that have been served on a buffet will not be provided to guests for carry out.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason within 14 days of the date of your event, the remaining 50% balance immediately becomes due. Once the event has been paid in full, Distilled will attempt to resell the event for equal or greater value. If successful, then a full refund will be issued.

Parking
Distilled does not offer parking. There is free parking along Webster Ave and Dominick St. Contact your Event Coordinator to see if alternative parking is available if needed. All parking is at your own risk and we strongly advise that any valuables are removed or hidden from sight.

Dress Code
Please keep in mind that Distilled reserves the right to modify the dress code for any reason, including local or seasonal conditions or special events. Distilled is a privately owned facility and Management reserves the right to allow or refuse service to anyone. Distilled does not allow outside food or beverages to enter the facility. All backpacks and/or bags are subject to search by Distilled Staff, both upon entry and exiting the facility Distilled is a smoke free facility and does not allow the use of electronic cigarettes of any kind. Distilled does not allow weapons of any kind, this includes all forms of pepper spray, knives, and firearms. Distilled does not condone the use of any illegal substances. If we suspect use, patrons may not be allowed in or may be asked to leave. Distilled is not responsible for any items left unattended.
